Things You Need to Know

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days unless the item is a preorder and shipping times will then vary. Rates for all domestic orders which includes, all states within the USA will vary depending upon USPS current rates (free shipping over $150). Express shipping is 3-5 business days unless the item is a preorder and shipping times will then vary, rates for all express orders within the USA will vary depending upon USPS current rates (free shipping over $150). International shipping which includes all international countries we ship to worldwide, will also be based upon USPS current rates (free shipping over $300) Orders can be tracked at: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

All shipping cost are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order is the act of purchasing a product that has not yet been released to our site. Hence, it means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

Delivery times may vary for pre-orders; however, Merka Distinction will plan to ship any pre-order items within 4 to 6 weeks post order placement.

Once your item is ready to ship Merka Distinction will provide a tracking number and delivery details.

Can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

Absolutely yes!

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Yes, you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be canceled within two hours from the purchase. From that moment on it will not be possible. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order within 2 hours, you can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care team at support@merkadistinction.com.

When a delay occurs and why?

The items within our collection are designed with the highest standards of quality. Therefore, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.

In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care will get in contact with you as soon as possible. If a cancellation occurs (which is unlikely but is possible), Merka Distinction will provide a full refund of the purchase.

Can a pre-order item be returned ?

No, all pre-order items are final sale. There will be no refunds or exchanges on pre-orders. To ensure there are no issues please be sure to order accurate sizing and leave detailed notes for the Merka Distinction team as the team will follow up with you if there are any questions.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Merka Distinction.
